Sheila Sheeran is the owner of the Shine Center, a Boutique Meditation and Yoga Studio in Chatham, MA.
In 2014 Sheila began a journey of self-discovery when she moved to the Cape from Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Being new to the area she stepped out of her comfort zone of being a stay at home mom to 4 children and began a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
This is what began her love of learning and deepening her spiritual growth.
She did many retreats at The Chopra Center, in Carlsbad, CA leading her to become a Chopra Center Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor through Deepak Chopra.
After completing her certification, she was inspired to open her own studio to share these ancient teachings with her community.
Sheila teaches several meditation and yoga classes throughout the week to help encourage the spiritual growth of her students.
She is currently enrolled in a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Kind Yoga in Centerville, MA to continue expanding her knowledge of meditation and yoga.
Sheila’s purpose in life is to encourage her students to start living their life with purpose and joy!
