Cape Teens Rising
Cape Teens Rising
Where Teens Reset, Grow, and Flourish
Cape Teens Rising, formerly Alternative Peer Group (APG), is a FREE 6-month program for Cape Cod teens facing substance use challenges which is offered through a partnership between Duffy Health Center and Behavioral Health Innovators.
During twice-weekly sessions, teens talk with peers facing similar challenges, form supportive connections, and learn helpful ways to handle the obstacles they encounter. With guidance from a therapist, recovery coach, and peer support staff, teens in the Cape Teens Rising program are encouraged to grow, build confidence, and achieve their goals. The program is designed to help teens achieve their goals and celebrate successes along the path to recovery.
