Mary Kirby

“I graduated from Tufts University with a MA in counseling and school psychology. The focus of my career has been working with adolescents, which has included administering psychological evaluations, running therapeutic groups, overseeing staff, and counseling individual teens. Supporting families has been a priority. At the PASS program, I administer a one-to-one screening for all students and if needed, identify supports for mental health and substance use. I am available to meet with students during their time at PASS, and communicate with home and school staff.”

For many years I worked as a clinician at the Latham School in Brewster and then as an adjustment counselor at Chatham High School, Monomoy High School and then Monomoy Middle School. I retired from the school in 2022 and have been enjoying working with the PASS program for the past three years. I love having a connection with teenagers and enjoy helping them where I can.”
