Each September, Mashpee Commons transforms into a high-energy raceway as Seaside Le Mans, hosted by Davenport Companies, brings the community together for one unforgettable day of fun, teamwork, and philanthropy. Teams of six drivers race Formula 1-style karts around a fast-paced outdoor track complete with straightaways, sharp turns, and even a bridge — all while thousands of cheering fans line the course.
But the best part? Every lap supports local nonprofits making a difference across Cape Cod.

Join local businesses and individuals in this fast-paced annual event at Mashpee Commons featuring Formula One European-style racing karts.
The Race
Race for four hours on a ¼ mile track at Mashpee Commons around corners and under a footbridge in this exciting endurance race held at Mashpee Commons. Each kart team has six drivers, with sponsors choosing their own team.
Beneficiaries
More than $9.8 million has been raised through sponsorships and matching gifts since the race began in 2001. The entire cost to produce the race is covered by The Davenport Companies, which allows 100% of the money raised through sponsorships to be divided among the five beneficiaries.
Free Family Fun
The race is free for spectators and there is also entertainment, children’s activities and of course, all of the fabulous shops and restaurants at Mashpee Commons. Come and make a day of it!
